Terms of Service

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning Zer0's Commissions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1.2. Service Description

Zer0's Commissions specializes in creating custom Discord bots tailored to your needs. Services include bot development, revisions (when applicable), and delivery. Hosting services are not included.

1.3. Age Requirements

• You must be 13 years or older to engage with any of our services or participate in related activities.
• Clients requesting commissions must be 18 years or older, or have explicit consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

1.4. Right to Decline Service

Zer0's Commissions reserves the right to decline any commission request at their sole discretion. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, inappropriate requests, inability to meet the project's technical requirements, or violation of these terms.

2.1. Payment Policy

• Full payment must be made before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Payments are processed through the methods communicated directly to the client (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

2.2. Non-Refundable Policy

• All commissions are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the delivered product, failure to comply with age restrictions, or inability to host the bot.

2.3. Chargebacks

Any chargebacks initiated after the completion of a transaction will be contested, and further services will be denied to the client.

3.1. Revision Period

• Clients may request revisions within 72 hours of receiving the completed product.
• After the 72-hour period, any requested changes or updates will be treated as new work and may incur additional charges.

3.2. Scope of Revisions

• Revisions are limited to correcting errors or implementing minor adjustments within the original project scope.
• Major changes outside the agreed-upon scope (e.g., adding new features) will require a separate agreement and payment.

4.1. Hosting Disclaimer

Zer0's Commissions does not include bot hosting services with the purchase of a bot. Clients are responsible for arranging their own hosting environment.

4.2. Hosting Recommendations

While hosting is not included, Zer0 may provide advice or recommendations for suitable hosting services upon request.

4.3. Post-Delivery Support

Basic support is available for 72 hours after product delivery to address issues such as installation or troubleshooting. Extended support or ongoing maintenance services are available for an additional fee.

5.1. Ownership Rights

• The commissioned bot and its code are the property of Zer0's Commissions until full payment has been received.
• Upon payment, ownership of the delivered product is transferred to the client, excluding any proprietary libraries or tools developed by Zer0.

5.2. Resale and Redistribution

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim credit for the work provided by Zer0's Commissions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6.1. Clear Communication

Clients must provide detailed and clear project requirements before work begins. Ambiguities or delays in communication may affect the project timeline or incur additional fees.

6.2. Testing and Feedback

• Clients are responsible for testing the bot upon delivery to ensure it meets their expectations and requirements.
• Any issues must be reported within the revision period to be addressed under the included support.

7.1. Limited Liability

• Zer0's Commissions is not responsible for any issues that arise from improper hosting, misuse of the bot, or third-party interference.
• The client assumes full responsibility for compliance with Discord's Terms of Service when using the bot.

7.2. No Guarantees

Zer0's Commissions does not guarantee compatibility with all Discord updates, plugins, or third-party tools unless explicitly stated.

8.1. Cancellation by Client

• Clients may cancel a project at any time before work begins.
• If work has already started, no refunds will be issued for the portion completed.

8.2. Termination by Zer0

Zer0's Commissions reserves the right to terminate a project due to violation of these Terms of Service, failure to communicate effectively, or inappropriate behavior.
